Products and sizing

Please check the product description, measurements and size guide before ordering. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Washed finishes can vary between garments. Any AI-assisted lifestyle images are identified in the product description; the supplier product images, specifications and size guide describe the item being sold. These statements do not limit your right to receive goods that match their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless you select another available currency. The checkout shows the total payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, before you place your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Price changes apply to future orders and do not change an order we have already accepted.

Your order

Please check your size, delivery address and order details before paying. Your order confirmation email records the items, price and delivery details agreed when we accept your order. We use production and fulfilment partners, but your purchase contract is with Winging It Works Ltd. If an item becomes unavailable or an error prevents us fulfilling your order, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute an item or charge a different price without your agreement.

Production and delivery

Our garments are produced and shipped to order. Based on our own UK orders, production and delivery together have taken approximately 15 calendar days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery arrangements and charges. We will notify you of material delays. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Your statutory rights if delivery is late or an order is lost remain unaffected. Goods remain our responsibility until you or a person you nominate receives them.

Cancellation and returns

Our standard clothing range can be cancelled without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after delivery. Production to order does not remove this right. If items from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Notify us by email or post using a clear statement; you may use the optional form below. You then have 14 days from cancellation to send the goods back.

You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind or a size you selected incorrectly. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Return parcels should be addressed to Winging It Works Ltd, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom. Please email your order number so we can identify the return. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation right. Do not return goods to the manufacturer or the sender address on your delivery parcel.

For a cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and any standard outbound delivery charge you paid. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first, and will refund within 14 days of that point. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

Problems and complaints

Please email jon@wingingitworks.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and work with you to resolve it. Photos can help us investigate damaged or incorrect items, but do not replace or restrict your statutory rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Privacy and website content

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please do not reproduce our original brand artwork or website content for commercial use without permission. Nothing here restricts lawful reviews or sharing links to our products.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or restricts your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections or their rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable. Changes to these terms apply to future orders only.
