Shipping policy

UK delivery

UK delivery is free on orders of £34.99 or more. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment. Delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout.

Production and delivery time

Your AIB design is printed to order, then shipped directly from our international production partner. Estimated arrival is around 15 days from ordering, including production and shipping. This estimate is based on our own orders so far and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We choose garments with fabric, fit and finish in mind. Working with our international production partner gives us access to those garment options, with time needed for production and delivery. Customs, local holidays and carrier delays can affect arrival times.

Tracking and order enquiries

Tracking is provided after dispatch. If your order is delayed, tracking appears incorrect or there is a delivery problem, email jon@wingingitworks.com with your order number so we can investigate.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos. This does not affect your statutory rights.
